Me too! I'm SO excited to see her!!! That's all, nothing topical. Just barely contained excitement for this show.

The truth is, without someone advocating on their behalf, they don't have a whole lot of hope. Ryan Ferguson, who was released a couple of years ago had his incredibly dedicated dad driving across the country with a car wrapped in his face and website and a damn good lawyer. And a couple of 48 Hours episodes. Without

I'm going to save my hate for them too. I am so sorry that happened to you, and I am sorry for the weasely miserable people who said that to you as well.

Isn't that a line from We Didn't Start the Fire?

Back with my old 3rd gen, I took that to the Apple Store several times when it stopped working and they gave me a new one. I didn't have Apple Care, just looked sad enough, I guess. This was years ago, but might be worth a shot.

Mine was unusually stressed this year. Between the fireworks and the rain we had, he was determined to hold his pee as long as possible.

I was so weirdly in love with Dave Pirner at this phase. I can't imagine he smelled pleasant, but he was the bee's knees for 14 year old me.

Additional Riverport sidenote: I was at the Spin Doctors/Soul Asylum/Screaming Trees show in '93 the night the levee broke. It was in the pre-cellphone days and my mom was home having a panic attack because she thought we were going to wash away.

It's forever Riverport. The new Hollywood Casino name has caused me to get into numerous arguments with people about whether a show is actually at the Casino or at the erstwhile Riverport.

Garden Thread
I didn't see this yet, so disregard if I missed it.
My garden is chugging along nicely. Got my first zucchini off the vine yesterday. Have some yellow squash that will be ready later this week. Lots of green tomatoes, and flowers on all the squash plants, including the spaghetti squash. The only bad thing

Snuggling the dog while neighborhood youths shoot off illegal fireworks in the park by my house. And eating pasta salad and veggie dogs.

I thought Sydney's dreams with her mother's voice and the figure at the window were freaky.

Two of 'em!

A couple of weeks ago we had that perfect mix of rain and incredible heat that sent everything shooting up. My peppers and squash (the zukes and yellow) are flowering. The tomatoes look great as well. It's supposed to be pretty dry next week so I may have to break my usual routine of letting nature take it's course

Right? In St. Louis they tried to tell us at the beginning of the week that 97 degrees wasn't as bad in June as it is in August because it isn't as humid. They backtracked on that yesterday and issued heat warnings. It's so miserable.

My boss was sick last week, and I'm getting sick this week just in time for vacation next week. Can't wait to bring my kleenex and cough drops on a road trip.

That really, really sucks and I'm sorry. I hope you're paying them back in change.

Forever. They can drag "A" out forever. But I am ride or die for Hanna, so I'll be watching the season premiere on Tuesday.

And each clove grows a bulb? So that nets you 175 bulbs? I can only assume you are Chef Boyardee.

We always used to go in the fall which was a good time for coasters and general Ozark prettiness, but a shitty time for the flume ride, which my grandma inevitably made us ride anyway.
