If this guy turned himself in back in 2011, he’d probably have served his time & been out by now. But instead he’s had a decade of self-imprisonment & real-imprisonment (but hey, he met one of those reporter-groupies & got married, so...).

So, more marches & protests, just like all those in Jan ‘16 after trump got into office. And I’d give 1,000/1 odds that the vast majority of all in those crowds did’nt vote at all or voted for Stein (or Nader in ‘00).

Y’all do know that when it comes to the Starring roles in movies/tv, the pay depends on the person, not their gender right...right???

Oh great, another article (a long one at that) that seems to miss the entire point of the show, even tho you seemed on the right track in the opening bit about Pryor. I mean, was’nt he making the same points as Chappelle.

Bought the DVD set some years ago.  Still an enjoyable watch, and no, the strings dont affect it negatively at all.

99% of the people criticising him did’nt watch, which is why your point will fly over their heads. he did similar with the Trans community, the MeToo movement etc - making excellent points about the hypocrisy of the ‘leading voices’ in these movements.

Why don’t they do like Dave himself & walk away entirely on principle??

Yea, because Dave has been speaking truth for years. And I’d certainly believe him over full-time keyboard cancel-warriors, the likes of whom, contributed to Daphne’s death.

And why should her views be worth more than Daphne’s (who had an opposite viewpoint on Dave)? Or that of Daphne’s family, who are still in his corner?
