I think that the Manderlys are still due to arrive. And if you read the history of the Manderlys, especially when they get mentioned least ONCE this season, and we see mention of White Harbor...this season’s becoming the season of the bannermen. And I think that if anyone’s in the Stark corner, it’s the Manderlys.
The writers are finally going to show us Ramsay is a horrible human being now that he has Rickon Stark, because I don’t think they’ve managed to get that message out just yet.
