Aside from being one of the big shipping episodes, I really love the fake bomb threat storyline in “Weapons of Class Destruction”. You got Logan punching an ATF agent, Veronica fooling Clemmons with old lady voices - all the good stuff.

It’s not Tom Holland’s fault, but the MCU Spider-Man has been a major letdown for me. He just lacks the necessary emotional weight and relatability — he’s basically a sitcom character. You could easily put him in one of those ABC comedies.
When I watch The Crown I think what a drag it must be to have the responsibility of being a queen but not the power to invade Iceland or order anyone beheaded.
It’s my understanding that the majority of Brits like the symbolism of it or whatever. Their money, their rules. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Eh, the British are free to abolish the monarchy and adopt a constitutional republic form of government whenever they want. They don’t seem to be in a rush to do that, whatever the complaints about the royals.
Legends of Tomorrow is still one of the best shows going, even if the most recent magic-related season was messy even for it
Counterpoint: I do want to be touched by Keanu Reeves.
Camilla isn't stiff. The press love her cos she talks to them and laughs with them, she gets right in with whoever she's visiting, sits and talks and laughs, if there's drink available she'll have one, and did you see her wink at the press when Trump was visiting?
Yeah, it was a crazy story and as far as I remember, he didn’t go on a huge PR tour on the basis of it- the first I heard was from the kid’s mom. I looked it up and there is an interview but he barely mentions some significant details other than to say that it was Pam Dawber (his wife) who deserved the credit as she…
I think you’re reading too much into an isolated moment. They are wrangling three small children at an event where they know they’re on full display. And I wouldn’t expect them to be beaming at each other constantly like besotted newlyweds at this point. I’d hate to have my public interactions with my husband under…
I do enjoy them throwing in pop culture references for no reason whatsoever, like with the Antichrist almost being named Damien, next episode starting with the words “captain’s log” and this one throwing in an Indiana Jones reference for the hell of it. Gaiman is a very inconsistent TV writer, who often doesn’t get…
Agreed completely on Them seeming like a different show being deliberate. The idea, as far as I got it, was that Adam read a bunch of old-timey kids books, like the Famous Five, and made his world like that. Despite being a lifelong anglophile, I only know those books by reputation and felt I didn’t ever get that part…
Tell, don’t show (Screenwriting 101). I’m sure that’s how it goes.....
so that the show could use its budget in less episodes
This finale is the Dexter of How I Met Your Mother’s own Battlestar Galactica.
I’m an only child so I don’t know, but may I assume that it is accurate that even when you’re being made king you can count on your big sister to tell everyone in the room how your balls don’t work?
Through the whole series especially later seasons I struggled to figure out what the writers were trying to say. It didn’t seem to have core concept. Then I found out a quote from David Benioff: “themes are for eighth-grade book reports.”
The direction of the whole series makes a lot more sense now.
