The one thing you didn’t point out is installation price. Condensing furnaces and boilers are generally $1,000.00 US (+/-) more expensive than non condensing units.
All electric homes are nice and all but they will not work in places that have winter. You just can’t effectively heat a house when it’s -20 on electric as well as you can with a natural gas furnace.
