I was hoping that Cherly's arc would end with her invoking a murder/suicide at the end of the season with the fire she started. I know it sounds odd, but I found that far more shocking than Archie's dad getting shot or Jughead joining the Serpents.

Good god, this episode was insufferable. Every "joke" about campus culture was pretty much just garbage every other asshole has done before and its just as annoying here as it was everwhere else.
