that sounds like a good summation. I've been trying to get into the IDW comics from the start of the publications (such as the early mini-series, the All Hail Megatron maxi-series, the preceeding ongoing, ect).

So the only clue its evil Optimus is from the purple eyes? Because being able to tell all of the fucking robots apart constantly is the true forte of this series.

So has the most needlessly sad car-related trailer? This, or Cars 3?

I get that. 5 year old me was scared shitless of the movie Anastasia for that part when the monsters were attacking the train. Dad took me and my older sister out of the theatre (she bared a grudge against me for awhile for making us leave the movie).

I like to think the Empire City from Steven Universe is the same one from FMHT. Then again, I like to think of FMHT's "hero" to be a domestic terrorist who routinely engages in attacking anyone he/Frank Miller would perceive as "an enemy of America" which the police turn a blind eye to.
