I don't know how unappreciated it is, but Jumping Flash! is definitely a game I don't see much about these days. Kind of a shame, because it was a really novel first-person platformer way back when it was released for the PlayStation in '95 and '96 (depending on what region you were in). It was a slow and meticulous

Somehow this makes me respect Oda even more °-°

Sanji off of a young Steve Buscemi? ... I can kinda see that actually.

But too many are rooted in Eurocentricity.

Also needs more "?!?!" at the end.

That being said you should be more upset by the author for some reason supporting the idea that characters must always be the race they were in the story.

Stop this. Stop it right now.

I vaguely remember being truly scared by the beginning of this segment in Max Payne 2. Took me multiple tries to figure out how to escape. Love that game.

Because apparently people think that there's something noble about spending time with family, even if it's family they hate. That's my partner's rationale for continuing to interact with people who deeply hurt them anyway...that "something would be lost" if they went no-contact.

Yesterday I saw The Marvellous Miss Take in the Steam Sale at 50%, so I took a punt on it. I've only played it for 45 minutes, so I can't give a proper opinion on it, but right now I'm enjoying it a lot.

Fun-fact: Kojima said they had to dumb down the graphics so that people wouldn't know it's fox engine.

Uh, I hate (love?) to break it to you, but Kotaku is pretty firmly against GG. There's a reason why the largest GG support site is /r/kotakuinaction. They despise Kotaku, and similar blogs, that support women and minorities being treated better in games.

Always find that funny "there are bad people on BOTH sides"

So basically you hate anime styled art and hate cartoons art style as well... and think everything is shitty.. *claps hands* great... now what!? Some mysterious voice in your head told you to go pathetically troll fans of the show and share you toxic noxious feelings of hatred with everyone... Not really a good

I actually did this with with Metro: Last Light and Remember Me (switching to Russian and French, respectively). It was interesting, but I probably missed a lot of stuff, as ambient conversations weren't subtitled. I'd actually recommend doing it though, if not for the whole game, then just for while to try it out.

The lack of Suikoden here is appaling.

Actually I am more surprised in how boring this list is. Outside the named oddballs, it's basically the same crap everyone wishes to be remade

Thanks for sharing this. I left my husband at 24 and it was the best and hardest decision I ever made. From the outside, it seemed as if I was wholly to blame for the breakdown and as such I lost a lot of friends over it. I spent years believing that I was no good at relationships and that it was all my fault.
