I just hate the fact the protagonist has a actual voice. I would rather just read the text and imagine the voice that suits my character. I mean my dudes name is “Spider” and he is covered in scars, warpaint, and grime, yet when he opens his mouth no matter the choice I make he ends up sounding like some “sitcom dad.”
