They really need to restructure the way these series are written if they insist on doing 13 50 minute episodes. There was a lot of dead weight at the start of the season (Griffin) and Jeri’s entire storyline felt so detached from the rest of the story apart from when she happened to cross paths with Jessica or Malcom.

This is when Legends of Tomorrow became my favorite Arrowverse show. This episode was so much fun, not even the fact that it was obviously on a budget brought it down. Zari’s fun montage might’ve been my favorite part of the episode.

I think it’s a little bit of that, what the accountants at AMC say they can do, and adhering to the comic book plot line way too much. Although that may be changing since they finally gave Chandler Riggs the freedom to cut his hair.
