Spiderman is everyman. He wasn't born on another planet, wasn't subject to military testing, just your everyday average kid who was accidentally bit by a radioactive spider. He still has trouble talking to girls, pleasing his boss and getting along with his family. The same issues just about everybody goes through.…

Which further proves that Spidey is, in fact, the greatest superhero OF ALL TIME. Also, he's my personal favorite... so, it's possible that I may be slightly biased.
