Agreed, but she was also like vehemently xenophobic for her entire career in the House. If people are going to bring up Gabbard’s old homophobic shit, it’s only right Gillibrand’s crap (as well as Kamala and Warren’s transphobic crap) comes out as well.

She never caught on w/the left bc her left-friendly positions were fairly blatant opportunism, but it’s really Dem party loyalists that had it out for her (particularly over calling for Franken’s resignation). The leftier Dems were just indifferent.
