The electoral system was poorly designed from the get go and every time it was amended, it was only putting band-aids on. The first version didn’t even have voting which is still not technically a constitutional right, for example.

Someone challenged that Biden wasn’t anti-union, but they had to be a child about it, so they got dismissed.
