Or maybe a Ford F-150 or Chevy Silverado. Owning a big, tough, cushy, gas-guzzling pickup truck is about as American as it gets.

The Ford GT is one awesome car, but yeah; the Corvette has a much longer proven lineage. You can see at least a 50 year span of them everywhere here in So. California. Can’t say that for the Ford GT.

Replace Ford GT with Corvette and you got something.

Cute ad. Too bad the car is still hideous

"Speak softly, and reveal a Ford GT."

Pretty much what I was saying in the other thread. There is no buzz to the NSX. Because we've seen it launch a zillion times already. It's the Duke Nukem Forever of cars right now.

Saw this and it seemed fitting...

I'm fine with the motor but did they have to call it an EcoBoost during the presentation? Give it a special name considering they call the motor that fits in a suitcase an EcoBoost, too.

MPGs? Really?

I think having an extra 100k in my bank account while passing everybody who spent 2x as much in my z06 would make me feel very special

This isn't being said enough: The new Z06 is the best American car ever made. I love the Ford GT and many others, but never have I seen a design that beautiful coupled with that performance.

Will let you know tomorrow, I haven't been on the track yet. I'm not here to hypermile this car. COME ON.

My favorite Vette of all times. I'll take mine in blue.

Now playing

Tired of this. It doesn't take 640 hp to do a burnout. How about some videos of the best low hp burnouts?
