I would think the cornstarch would make a lighter, crispier coating when frying, which would be right for a sandwich or nugget type of creation, whereas the flour would be more right for a baking situation?

I saw a map recently, possibly in the Times, that showed that in every district in the United States, even the most conservative ones, the majority of people believed that climate change is real and that coal plants should be regulated. This doesn’t surprise me at all because it’s so completely obvious. I don’t think…

I’ll have pretty stringent requirements on the people we bring. Clean water, clean air, vast forests, plenty of room at the best schools....it’ll be great!
