Malcolm motivation was already explained, and it's pretty strong. He wants a do-over of the last 10 years, so that he can Tommy back, form a better relationship with Thea, etc. Not sure about the other two, but I think that's actually an excellent reason for him wanting the spear and amulet.

That was a great episode! Loved "I'm not a red shirt. I'm not a red shirt. I'm not a red shirt." Ha!

Phenomenal issue!

You should definitely pick up JL vs. SS #3-4. The book has been really good!

JL vs. SS #4 was really good. Lots of great action with really cool artwork by Fernando Pasarin. I also really enjoyed the small character moments that Joshua Williamson snuck in for a number of characters. This has been a really fun event book worth the price of admission!

Titans #7 was fun all around. I really liked the stuff with Roy and Donna. I wish they'd put Weeks on the book full-time!

GLC was great! I absolutely love Kyle, Hal, John, and Guy when they get to interact. More of that in the future, I hope. So many great characters moments throughout and absolutely gorgeous EVS art!

Argh! Still burns me up just thinking about that. Fallon…

"He brought this on himself." Ha! Best line of the night!

Really enjoyed Batman 14, but does anyone else find it weird that Bruce and Selina now refer to each other as Cat and Bat as opposed to Bruce and Selina or Catwoman and Batman? It's nagged at me since King started writing the two and was curious if I'm alone in that.

Here's another theory… they're usually in kids movies and provide a release after the stressful situations in the movie. My daughter danced along with the characters at the end of Sing and Trolls and I had zero problem with it…

I think I read that Palpatine wanted the castle there to constantly remind him of his greatest failure. Another way to keep his student in line…

She really does herself no favors.

Wow! I don't know if I could disagree with the reviewer more regarding Star Wars. I loved the first three arcs on that book and have found it's lost some steam in recent months. Immonen did a fantastic job on the characters and the world and issue 6 of the series has one of my favorite Vader/Star Wars moments of all

Just re-read Vader Down and it's fantastic! The Star Wars arc "Smuggler's Moon" with Immonen art is also really good.

Huh? Cumberbatch was an amazing Strange. Like the character jumped right off the page!

She's not childlike. She doesn't know the language at that point. Also you may be confusing the fact that the book takes place in the past and present, when Diana is clearly more acclimated to the culture.

Have you read any of King's new "I am Suicide" arc in Batman? Issue 12 was phenomenal, IMO.

The first and last issues of the Last Days of Superman were really powerful. I miss the New 52 Supes and am curious to see what more is revealed about him and Family Man Superman as Rebirth progresses.

Great! When will the voting occur for January's book?
