This article seemed to sum up exactly what came to mind as I read through this dribble, it’s a scam. Plain and simple. It’s smoke and mirrors, and just a lot of dumb gobilty-gook words that mean nothing really.

you don’t need to be an employee or contractor to sign agreements of any nature you have to just sign or click to acknowledge the agreement. 

It’s a technical test, not even a beta or an alpha. Lots of features are toned down or downright missing. They want the NDA so that they can focus on...wait for it...technical issues! rather than people complaining about graphics or whatever

This was an investor call with the handful of big institutions that control a large amount of shares and can singe handily make a material impact on the stock price.
