I only experienced that with fully armored elite soldier.

Headshots does critical damage, and you can get snipers and scopes that multiplies the damage for the first shot on an enemy if its a headshot.

Tom Clancy used to mean military fantasy. Still does. Alpha was good.

“By the way, there’s a whole lot of people out there bitching that the new movie is too much like the first Star Wars movie”

..in addition to fuck those people, JJ said that that was the whole point. He said that they intentionally wanted to take one step back, and do the love hero in the desert, resulting in a death

Activision did a good job with their tournaments hosted by Ijustine. If they manage to create formats for game viewings that are easily digestible, this could be a really, really good thing.

By TV, I am assuming that their focus isn’t to just bring eSports to cable, because Activision are very well aware that the

Not necessarily, but he has talked at length about deconstructing Star Wars and using that, so if Lucas used Ring Composition, then JJ might likely have used it, too.

Yes, I love this. Something like “If you don’t complete your training your destiny will forever be dominated by the dark side”.

Not because he necessarily turns evil, but because he lacks the needed knowledge to stop Kylo Ren from turning, thereby destroying what Luke has built up, culminating in Luke losing a friend,

I just saw the Film Theory video on Youtube that tried to predict what would happen to Luke, and realized that The Force Awakens completely fulfills the original ending of episode 6 (before george lucas changed it to a happy ending for more toy sales), in addition to absolutely fulfill Yoda’s prophecy from the OT

Sure, but there is a significant difference in reading a synopsis and seeing it being played out. Characters using the force, for instance, is done... very well. A wordless battle of will doesn’t come across as as interesting in a synopsis than as when seeing it :)

It played like a “best of star wars” in the most

I just read it. It has a lot of things right. And some major things wrong. But if you’ve read that, then there should be no major surprises for you.

It’s still worth it. seriously.

“Are they even a little necessary to watch or is she good to jump into Force Awakens?”

The Force Awakens builds SO MUCH on the original trilogy, that you’ll lose out on a lot if you haven’t seen them. Not necessary, but very, very recommended to watch the OT first.

“Would it be fair to say it’s more for people who’ve only watched the OT, or is it more for the people who’ve read lots of the (now debunked) EU?”

If you really like the OT, you should REALLY like episode 7. I saw it with a friend who was/is a big EU fan, and he loved it too.

“I really want those spoilers now. I’m likely not going to see it for a month anyway so I don’t mind getting spoiled.”

As one who saw it spoiler-free, I have to say that it was an absolute delight to do so. It actually moved me.

I’ve also seen it, it premiered here in Norway yesterday. There are a few moments where you see what’s going to happen before it happens, but that’s a fact about every movie, really. It would be absolutely impossible to do it with star wars, a series that fans have been making and thinking of a continuation for for

“Halo Reach is one of the worst in the series.”

In my opinion, it’s THE best Halo game. Possibly sharing the spot with Halo 3.

Reach is love. Reach is life.

Dat alien ship. Damn. I don’t need nor want any more trailers. Whoop.

I didn’t recognize trevor, but her makeup is absolutely fantastic. She looks like a living comic character!

You are the only one calling that statement a complaint. No one else has, not even the person making it. You assume too much.

Which, when put together with your attempt at insulting me with using sarcasm by applying it to a situation where you make assumptions, doesn’t help your first impression.

Neither do I get upset
