I hear that, fastest I’ve ever hit according to Strava is 67 Km/h in the mountains and that scared the crap out of me.

I’m ok with calling equestrian events a sport and recognize there is a lot of skill involved but don’t think they have any place in the Olympics. Because I’m Canadian I’ll give an example close to home; Ian Miller has the record for most Olympic appearances, at 10, of any athlete and last competed in London at age 65.

Was starting to think I was too old to be scared anymore as well but this gen Alien Isolation and especially Outlast have scared the shit out of me. Don’t know if you’ve played those but I thought both were awesome.

Man, 1500 calories/day seems really low and hard to sustain. Veggies are carbs and you can eat as many of those as you want. Lots of water weight is lost when people go low-carb and with a calorie intake that low your metabolism might be slowing to compensate. I’d suggest some nutritional counselling to help you with
