It doesn't look that bad ... from the front. I really dislike how the rear looks, mostly on account of the massive lump that it is, meant to conceal the folding hardtop but it ruins the styling for me. I'd rather have a folding softtop and proper lines.

I like the 1st-gen though, because no top grill.

I think the rear window area is rounder and the car should have a slightly thicker C-pillar than the Bonneville.
