He’s in a semi-industrial part of town, literally across the street from his steel suppier and on a dead end street. There’s an unused city park on on side and a friendly, hard working neighbor on the other.

The boat is about a dozen miles from the Port of Catoosa and then down the Arkansas River to the Mississippi River. Catoosa is the most inland port in the US.
