Tesla has proven what the rest of the industry said for years...you can’t produce EV’s profitably. The positive is that they forced the entire industry to jump onboard, which should lead to economies of scale that result in EV’s being profitable, but it’s still worth noting all those industry execs people liked to

This is why perspective outside of small samples is key because Ford is annihilating Chevy and Ram in sales nationwide. The competition for 2nd is a bloodbath while the F150 in first is actually gaining market share, which is insane this late into the product life-cycle.

The algorithm needs to be able to discern between a pedestrian waiting in the turning lane for you to go by before finishing crossing the street and the crackhead that will surely keep walking, causing you to slam on the brakes....which you were ready for because crackhead.

“The entire Dothraki army—brown people widely coded as heathens and others”

It’s an FCA vehicle, so it’s an extremely safe assumption that it’s trash in every way when it comes to quality. FCA products are like younger girlfriends - fun to lease for 3 years, but a terrible long-term investment.

1st - It’s now the end of the day and Ford stock is up 11% with dozens of articles from every market watcher on the internet praising the stellar financial results, yet if you read this article, you would think the company is in crisis mode. Spin much?

Also, you seem to be confusing revenue with earnings. If revenue was down by 34%, the stock would be zero and the company would be spiraling towards bankruptcy.

Definitely an interesting slant on Ford earnings. They blew away analyst estimates, project full year earnings better than last year and the stock is up 10% today....but Jalop says they took a bath. Journalism.

There is a 100% chance it will keep Chevy branding and a 100% chance is starts below $77k.

This is the same Corvette that’s not a Cadillac and not going to start at $150k, right?

Ahhh drifting; the automotive version of parkour, now with the added ambiance of the sound of doing so in the middle of a swarm of bumblebees.

Have never understood the logic (or lack thereof) of people that do this. You are intentionally parking in a manner that attracts random people to key your car FOR THE PURPOSE of avoid anyone touching your precious vehicle. Insane.

I weep for the nightmares you must have about vague FDA/GxP regulatory guidelines and the mostly useless people who fill roles dedicated to over-complicating interpreting said guidelines.

Hey, what the heck is The Morning Shift doing actually being posted in the morning?!

+1

This guy must be a blast at parties.

How is a mid engine Corvette any more impractical than a front engine?

The “it has no right to be called” guys are the worst. If Chevrolet made a performance crossover and called it a Corvette, you’d have a point. Making their flagship performance car even better by going to mid engine is clearly a wise move.

This.

Since we’re piling on Aaron, I get the distinct impression he is not a fan of cars in general. To invoke Bill Maher...”I don’t it for a fact, I just know it’s true.”
