@Agrippa: I carry a collapsible police baton on my bike in lieu of a knife. I do sometimes carry a knife because you would be surprised how useful they are.

I'd like to see a commercial solution to bike theft that works for everyone, everywhere, before I would ever buy a bike like that.

I have met several students that don't even know how to load a film camera. So developing and printing black and white photography is up there as well.

Film and Minolta x370 with prime lens. Pen, and notebook so I can write down exposures because digital cameras has made me lazy.

Ballooning is the only high altitude thing I won't do, and now even less.

Works alright but I'd love it si entendia espaNol (if it understood spanish). Especially as it pertains to music.

@hengehog: I use runkeeper as well. Sportypal was recommended to me but it is very resource hungry and drains my battery like nothing else. I have tested pretty much all of these over the past 3 months and like runkeeper the best. Using Nexus One.
