Xbox one and PS4 have what is basically equivalent to an A10 APU inside them meaning they are using what would be an R7 series card if the CPU and GPU were seperate. I don't know what the R7 is equal to in the HD series of cards but running an APU has it's advantages and disadvantages gaming wise.
