YES!! Absolutely this!

I long for the day when a contestant tells Alex that his "correction" is, in fact, incorrect.

Right?! And to call Bambi a classic children's book character is inaccurate and misleading. While Disney's Bambi is usually thought of as a children's movie, the orginal book, Felix Salten's Bambi: A Life in the Woods, is a somewhat darker 300 page adult novel.

Ha! Thought the same thing. But maybe that was the intent? Maybe if a merkin looks too realistic it goes unnoticed and somehow, in a way, fails to adequately achieve the desired level of modesty? These are important questions.

I thought it was a strategy too, except he kept "stalling" when he was trailing badly in this game. So, maybe more of a quirk than a strategy - but annoying all the same.

Ha ha! It's an archaic institution that used to employ actual journalists who reported real news to a discerning public. What a joke!

Probably an age thing, but I thought the clue was pretty obvious as stated.

But he didn't have to bet it all to make it a runaway. Betting less would've given him a runaway if he'd been right, and a chance to win in FJ if he'd been wrong.

Plenty of clues, but no DDs and no time.

You're right. A dumb wager is a dumb wager regardless of the result. If he'd gotten it wrong I doubt we'd be saying what a brilliantly gutsy move it was. Thankfully he got it right (after an inordinately looooong wait for a response).

About 15 minutes in, right after the meeting about getting rid of Duck, Richie kicks a suspicious looking "repairman" out of his office so he can get some work done (i.e. do more coke).

I think the actor/musician playing Lou Reed is Connor Hanwick, not Harwick - although I do see a lot of sources misspelling it as Harwick. See: http://riverheadnewsreview…. According to the article, Hanwick doesn't perform any music in the show.

I guess I'm willing to cut Richie a little more slack at this point. He's in a total panic over the real possibility of losing everything, amplified by the ingestion of ludicrous amounts of cocaine. Not exactly a combination that brings out one's redeeming qualities. However, I still see occasional glimpses of those…

Agreed.

I was totally stumped by FJ and had considered both of the incorrect answers given by the other two contestants.

I love Glenne Headly, who is always memorable in everything she's in. Check her out in the very underrated Making Mr. Right (1987), with the fantastic Ann Maguson and Laurie Metcalf, who gives a tour de force performance in a minor role.

Right! Or the more scrotal Trackanon.

I liked this season more than you apparently did, but I hear what you're saying. The first season had more surreal craziness played not only for laughs, but also to illustrate plot points and characters in unique and clever ways. I wish this season had used that element a little more.

I resemble that remark.

You, sir or madam, have amazing recall.
