The insurance company would. They have liability insurance.

“making this too costly to happen again is likely the only thing that will move the needle here.”
Gun companies are immune from suit—thank Congress circa 2005 when they passed the “Pursuit of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act”. So even assuming she could find an attorney to file it, the case would get dismissed in the pleading stage.
Wow wait until they find out that Bud Light’s actual goal is to make as much money as possible by selling their beer to as many people as possible and that they’re willing to invest in marketing campaigns that target people other than dudes that wear Oakleys on the back of their head in order to accomplish that goal.
I love Charles Martinet in the games but two hours of “let’sa go!” and “it’sa me, Mario” and “mamma mia” and “yah Wah HOO!” would get pretty old. Chris Pratt isn’t perfect but I understand that the studio didn’t want an Italian stereotype joke as the voice leading the whole movie.
Right, he wasn’t being a diva or anything. Clearly, the people making the film said “ok, we want Donkey Kong to sound like Seth Rogan” and moved forward. If they had said “we want someone to do a voice” then I don’t think Rogan would have begrudged them for going with someone else.
Yeah, Seth says “I dont do voices, you’ll get a DK that sounds like me”
Producers: You’re hired!
I’m sure if anyone in the 60 Minutes audience is emboldened by Greene’s nonsense to attempt to commit acts of hatred their caregivers at the assisted living facility (or long-suffering family members) will restrain them.
This sounds like the directors and casting’s fault, if any blame is to be laid anywhere. They knew what they were getting. Shrug.
I don’t think he was ‘making demands’. He said ‘This is how I do my voice. If this is good for you, then cool.’ Blame the producers, if anyone. Seth was just upfront about how is performance would be and they still hired him despite that warning.
It honestly sounds like a money grab to me.
she must have been so scared, I hope the people in her life are worthy of the duty of her care and are embracing her fully
Severe mental illness is just so hard on everyone - the person who is ill, those who love them and those who live and work with them. I am so glad to hear Amanda recognized she was having a crisis and called for help. Realizing and accepting that you’re ill can be the hardest part. I continue to wish the best for her!
It takes a lot for someone in the throes of a psychotic episode to recognize that they’re experiencing a psychotic episode and in need of help.
Yeah, it would be really hard to change Zendaya into another word but ZenDays might work.
How else will we know the comings and goings of her unaborted daughter Julia?
Dammit, Tomato, I’m starting to like you.
I like it except if he made her wear a T on all her pants, people would be up in arms about “You don’t own her” and all that shite. Also, I don’t think they’re casually inverting gender roles with their height. I doubt either of them had a choice about that.
