Why not genetically modify food? We should be able to try our hand at being god if he screwed it up.

@CaptainJack: Sadly, however, people are able to be passionate and will try to take care of the starving, which will lead to even further problems. If deer starve, they just starve. If people starve, we load planes with food and fly it to wherever.

@OMG! FriedPeeps: I think we should just give everyone an IQ test and common sense test at the age of 13. If they fail, they get fixed. This would fix the population problem and the stupid problem.
