In with you. Normally these types of teaser don't do much for me and are kind of a let down but this was enough to get me hyped. Was dying for a Dead Space game all last gen so confirmation of a next-gen Dead Space Remake is all I need to be hyped.

“Nintendo doesn’t want developers saying ‘Far Cry 6 wouldn’t run on the Switch but we’ll make it exclusive to the Switch 2'”
That’s been my stance since the Switch-Pro was rumored. Just seemed a little too late for a mid-gen upgrade. Makes more sense for them to make a true successor that is backwards compatible but able to improve standard switch games while also having its own exclusives, just like a Series X or PS5.
Completely agree with this. Nintendo doesn’t need a Switch with PS5/Series X hardware but sooner or later they’re going to need to release an upgrade, whether a “mid-gen” update or a full successor, where 1080p/30fps (and ideally 1080p/60fps) isn’t an issue. Maybe something comparable to a Series S but targeting lower…
But Playstation has already released a few nextgen exclusives already. Have there been any Series X/S exclusives released that aren't coming to PS5 later (like Medium)?
Thats because Forbidden West is cross-gen so it shouldn't be on this list.
“I think this list kinda gives a skewered impression that the PS5 doesn’t have as many games”
I’m of the belief that if people are dumb enough to be influenced and corrupted by these people then they were probably doomed to begin with.
Maybe I missed it in the article, I only skimmed it, but where is the money coming from to warrant the big paychecks for the fighters? Are the PPV buys and tickets sales that successful for these guys to be making tens of millions of dollars before the fight even takes place? It doesnt make sense to me because it’s…
I got some Jared Leto vibes from him.
“Lisa Marie: I like him, but I don’t trust him.”
Why couldn’t they just make two modes, one that allows saves and one that doesn’t...TLOU2 has grounded mode as an option for people that want a more demanding and challenging experience. They’re not forcing every player to play under those conditions. The RE games also have similar modes for people that want a more…
Right? It could be as simple as having 2 sperate modes, one with saves and one without. Makes everyone happy. Don’t know why it would have to be one or the other. Plenty of other games have options like this. TLOU2 added grounded mode for people that want a difficult and demanding mode. The RE games always have an…
Big reason why I currently don’t have much interest in the game. My free time is limited and sporadic. Don't want to dedicate my time to a game built around surviving long runs when I never really know how long I'll be able to play and I don't want to have to rely on rest mode.
I think I might remember the same moment. If I recall most of the save areas in those games were safe rooms similar to the RE games but I can remember one where a necromorph popped up either right before the room or when you walked into the save area.
One of the worst cases of this is in Control. You have enemies glowing red, sometimes in dark rooms lit with red, and then if you are close to death there is an extra layer of red on the screen to indicate you are about to die. It's way too much and makes the screen almost unreadable. It's a surprising visual flaw for…
I can at least understand the logic for Mario as it can drive up sales, but in the case of a demo what’s the point? If anything the restrictions might result in less people being able to download and play the demo, not more. Isn’t that the opposite result Capcom and Sony would want?
But what’s the point in this case? It’s a free demo. Does Capcom or Sony benefit at all if more people download the demo because of FOMO? Is it just an attempt to bump download numbers and adjust their sale projections? I can’t imagine there would have been any negative effect to having the demo available to play for…
Agree but that is basically the internet though right? Everything is exaggerated to hyperbolic levels. If something isn’t presented as either the worst or best then it might as well not even be talked about at all based on how people on the internet operate.
FF7 for PS4 is currently on sale for $30 on amazon. Unless they offer a paid upgrade option for the PS+ version you'd be better off getting the PS4 version now instead of waiting for the PS5 version and having to pay $70 for the upgrades and new content.
