But that makes a step back 3 sound more illogical. If he’s tired why step back and take a shot further away from the basket? Especially when he hasnt hit a 3 all night.

Somewhat unrelated but considering that this series has been mostly one sided, especially now that the Warriors have a 3-0, I’m not sure have seen so many remarkable plays in a series where the outcome is all but determined. Kyrie and LeBron alone have had some incredible and memorable plays, not sure I can say that

“Klay (premier perimeter defender who has fun battles w/ Ky)“

“I’m not sure I think he’s a top 5 guard in the league”

“just drilled home my conclussion that they werent going to win, namely because he worked so hard and the damn Warriors would score with relative ease”

What killed me about that forced 3 was that for the entirety of the game Kyrie was basically unstoppable going to the rim. Why do the complete opposite in the most crucial moment of the game?

I still think the Cavs need(ed) more from Love offensively. He should be getting more than 9 points in a must win game 3. Kyrie wasn’t great in games 1 or 2 but he more than made up for it in game 3. Still, against this warriors team, unless they are ice cold, you are going to need the majority of the team to be on

“I have no doubt LeBron haters and members of the Cult of Jordan will use this series as an example that LeBron isn’t a winner or is a Finals choker or some shit.”

If I’m LeBron and Kyrie Irving I’m looking at everyone else like “did you miss the memo about the finals starting?” The role players have been basically non existent and even their big 3 has yet to have a game where they all score over 20. If the Cavs want(ed) to have a chance in this series LeBron, Kyrie, and Love

Last night showed the Cavs can hang with the Warriors and SHOULD be able to beat them but when it’s just the LeBron and Kyrie show it’s going to be tough. Besides JR Smith, finally, hitting some shots and Kevin Love doing work on the boards (though not much offensively, only 9 points) no other Cavs player stepped up

I went back and forth about whether or not to buy it during the sale. I ultimately decided that while it was a great deal I probably wouldn’t have played it much. Plus I already have a back log of games partly due to buying cheap games on sale.

Not that good of a sale. It was on sale for like $6 on PSN a couple of weeks ago.

Hahaha completely agree. I think Kyrie and Durant had more impressive plays throughout the game. Kyrie amazes me almost every night with his dribbling and finishing ability.

I don’t think developing in college is an issue at all. Look at the best players in the league. Did any of them really need to go to college in order to develope? LeBron skipped college and fit right away. Durant was one and done, don’t think that one year helped him much. Kyrie was one and done and barely played

I think it more shows how good and talented the warriors are. The Cavs may have rolled through the East but the Warriors also completely dominated the west. It might have been different if Kawhi Leonard was healthy but these playoffs just proved what everyone already suspected, these were the only two teams that were

I think the biggest difference would be the way the teams were assembled. Imagine if Jordan and the Bulls lost the finals in 94-95 (I think that might have been the season Jordan was retired but let’s play pretend) and then went out and signed one of the top players in the league at the time (Shaq, Olajuwon, David

I can’t be mad at or blame the Warriors. They did the same thing that every team tries to do, assemble the best team they possibly can. It sucks for everyone that isn’t a warriors fan but I don’t think anyone would ever complain about their team having too much talent or being too good.

“I’m not sure I’ve ever seen him so visibly exhausted during a game.”

Every play is definitely a stretch but ball handlers seem to get away with more and more each year. The officiating overall is just so inconsistent. Sometimes it is as if the refs are just making it up as they go. I try not to get upset about calls or no calls because questionable officiating has become a standard

Even if he didn’t double dribble by not making contact with his left hand I still dont think it would have been that impressive. Good move and finish but it wasn’t even the best play or move of the game. Maybe I’m just a sucker for Kyrie but he had a couple sequences last night that I was blown away by. The ball
