Get the Note, but go with the 10. The S-Pen is awesome. I used to use one for note taking until I replaced it with iPad Mini + Actual Paper.

All my own opinions, but I have heavily used Dropbox, Skydrive, Google Drive, and a couple of others.

I just want to say I appreciate the minor humor that gets added to articles. "Good boy!" and "tablet toting monster!" — it's those little touches that make reading articles on this site a joy :)
