The 2nd prototype looks alot more like a regular DS than a 3DS (GBA slot, not a widescreen top screen, obvious same design)

@tehmasterplan: yes, DS games are not region-locked. They have no information on their origin. Although if you have a DSi specific game(There were only like 3 apparently) i imagine they would be region locked.
