Been looking forward to this.  The original movie, as you said, is one of those that you can just put on and laugh anytime.  

Generally I’d say replace the word mansplaining with patronizing. If the context still fits, then it’s appropriate.

Cavanaugh is at least 75% of what made Reverse Flash such a great villain in season one.

Well, Tom Cavanagh is a series regular on this show, so since they are paying him already anyway it probably makes sense he is their default Reverse Flash
