Bless this beautiful mess of a show, I’m really going to miss it.

Oh no, whatever will the anime industry do if it doesn’t hit its yearly quota of 400 new wish fulfillment shows about boring dudes being transported to fantasy worlds.
Before the Internet Age robbed me of my illusions I had always thought of empathy as being a fundamental aspect of nerd-dom. We’re supposed to relate to the bullied, not become the bullies.
Why does it seem like Overwatch fans lose their shit over everything? “New skin? I can’t even!” “New line? I can’t even!” They seem really unstable...
225 hours on her.
I’m probably never going to use her when the rework drops.
What a weird statement.
Perhaps they should have used another anime style, one that wasn’t quite so awful.
Say what you will, but this prequel could be great. A gritty crime thriller about a man who uses candy to lure children into slavery, until one day he accidentally abducts a dwarf and realizes they’re much better workers than children. A detective, played by Peter Dinklage, tries to figure out why the apparent…
Because they don’t want to grapple with things like generational poverty or inadequate education funding?

Revenge of the Sith is utter garbage, Anakin’s toddler-level reasoning for turning to the dark side is inexcusable, but Phantom Menace is also still pretty terrible.
Sith gets the most praise, I think, because it has the most forward momentum. Like, the prequels are nominally about Anakin becoming Vader, right? But like 90% of that happens in Sith, which leaves it feeling more...consequential, I guess? And for some people, that’s enough to overlook all its glaring flaws. I’m still…
Fight me Revenge of the Sith fans but Menace is the best prequel by far(its also better than Eps VII and VII), and Darth Maul is a big part of that.
