    Nonsense. MS bought up many developers over the last few years, expressly to boost its unique IP output, something we’ll likely see in June/July when they do their in-house studio game announcements.
    The fact they’re also working on backwards compatability hardly precludes that.

    It’s nothing to do with Bass, it’s the Sea/C bit. Sea Bass = C Bass. No wait, it’s a C+ Bass. 

    Sea Bass = C Bass. C being a grade at school. The player then realises it’s actually a C+ Bass. That’s it.

    The article might not mention it, but that’s the authors fault, not Microsoft’s or indeed the commenters. It was for 3rd party developers only, and they had no plans to announce 1st party games. That is coming in July.
