I think her “significant health issues” all more or less boiled down to “being a 90 year old.”  One of the primary activities 90 year olds engage in is dying. It was my 90 year old grandfather’s biggest hobby, briefly.

God damn where are you that you can pay restaurant workers $22/hour? In my experience, calling out/being late/etc... is a part of the restaurant game and one of the reasons why running one sucks because you have to cover for that happening constantly.
