I keep reading black voters wanted that idiot Biden, who practically harassed Anita Hill on national tv while he was still mentally competent, because they think white voters will accept him as an alternative to Trump. Well, as a brown Muslim woman who recently immigrated to the US, I say this, black voters can handle

Establishment types would be those like Biden, who is on record telling big corps that nothing’s going to change. They’re people like Bloomberg who literally called bankers his “peeps.” Mass is full of local politicians like this, including our former governor who briefly ran for president.

Florida is always pissed when you don’t completely trash Castro; they’ve been mad they couldn’t bring Batista back. I couldn’t give a single fuck what the right-winged crybabies have to say it and rehashing it as though it’s a reasonable response is bullshit sandbagging.

What bad statement on Castro? They were perfectly fine with the same statement when Obama said it.

I mean if you’re leftist the only candidate that’s even remotely leftist is Sanders. So it’s less a case of “I’m refusing all these female candidates because I’m a fake progressive” and more a case of “No candidate is good but Bernie is the only one who comes even remotely close”

I hope that she remains a Senator, and does not accept any type of cabinet position in a new administration. If Massachusetts can get a Democratic governor in when they next have an election, then bring her in, but the Senate is too close to lose her seat.

Except for the part where they both have detailed plans that are curiously omitted anytime someone says something like this.

I’m saddened by her dropping out, but not surprised. At least I can vote Bernie on the 10th without hating myself for voting pragmatically instead of voting for who I want.

According to the NYT article, word on the inside is she will not endorse. Which is smart. If the Dems really want to unify this base, she would sit

You voting for Hillary in 2020?

Although black women are much more likely to vote than black men, Quinnipiac doesn’t even differentiate between the sexes when it comes to black voters (White voters get separated by education, sex and income). Even America’s two survey standard-bearers, Pew Research and Gallup, don’t dissect black voters past their

Wait, so the sticking point wasn’t that the product is snake oil that the founder claims came to her in a dream?

THIS LAYOUT IS CRAP.

Black politics today is a complete mess; with a Black Leadership & Black tv punditry class who don’t give a shit about the black masses. They are sellouts & betrayers of the cause. Michael Bloomberg’s candidacy is proof of it.

One thing I am afraid and we are seeing this election cycle is the revealing that black political power is a bit of a paper tiger. Our black political class is showing that they for sale and damaging themselves in ways that are not palatable to younger black voters.

This is terrible news for progressives. The only reason Pete would give up before Super Tuesday after ‘winning’ Iowa is to consolidate the moderate lane around Biden. It’s clear that the establishment is pushing Pete out prematurely because they’re terrified of Sanders.

Black folk need to abandon the DNC en masse. Not on some Kanye/Candice Owens Blexit bullshit, but we need to divorce ourselves from the Duopoly and strive for political self determination by running our own candidates locally first then nationally.

I respect the black voters choice in South Carolina but it saddens me that we remain so forgiving and loyal to someone like Joe Biden, one of the key architects of the crime bill and the resulting carnage it inflicted on the Black community. If this is ‘pragmatic politics’, then exactly what does that style of
