I had the opposite experience on trains in Italy in the mid-90s. Nothing negative at all with the people who I shared compartments with. In fact, they were often very generous, offering their snacks to me more than once.

Good news about finally getting a hybrid drivetrain. If I had the means, I’d take a serious look a the TRD Pro version, as that’s the only frontend I like out of the lineup.

I bought the DVD though, and tried to get it started sometime last year, but shelved it not too far in, partly because I was turned off by the cheap video look. Now I’m just going to wait for this 4K release, particularly because the film grain being added
