Wrong.  False advertising is against the law.  The damage is that they accepted money for an advertised item and provided an substantially different substitute.  

This is where i’d like to see evidence. I just dont know how we can assert that it is “actively harmful” without some explanation of the mechanism, and consideration of the effects of the alternative: is it harmful to refuse to acknowledge gender, to neither project nor confirm the childs gender?
