Not sure if serious or just doesn’t drive on highways. I95 in NY has a 55 mph speed limit, even the right lanes are going 65. It’s widely accepted that speed limits are too low. I drove a Subaru Forester during the holiday season last year while I was visiting family. I think it takes the cake as being the worst driving experience I’ve ever had. Everything about that car is miserable.

I think it’s fair to say parallel parking isn’t nearly as important as other driving skills, but to say it shouldn’t be on the test is ludicrous.
