No FD taillights? Whatever.

There is not a rule preventing it.

mazda needs a rotary to be reliable again

RX-7 FD with tasteful reliability mods, end of discussion

As far as rats nest deletes go, yes they do, myself included. Emissions delete / turbo swaps.

Perhaps the writer had the wrong intent with his “overheating vacuum lines” comments but the reality is definitely there. The rubberized vacuum lines are a problem because of the heat cycles they go through in the engine bay and if they’re not looked out for, can rapidly lead to major issues. This is why a lot of FD

My favorite car of all time and I am very lucky & proud to have a black 94 R2. Recently had it rebuilt (pre-emptively, engine did not die on me) and swapped to a single turbo for reliability.

Equal opportunity is good, (forced) equal outcome is bad

I don’t even like Elon and this article is just sanctimonious garbage for clicks. Great job

For motoGP standards this was one of the least interesting races I’ve seen so far. Most of them in recent years feel scripted/fixed; they tend to be that good.

I was being a little bit facetious there, but I figure that price point is so high because of the risk of renters blowing up the engine. These cars have a certain operating procedure, and while very simple to follow, a rotary engine can be easily wrecked by a neglectful driver. I wouldn’t rent out my FD for 1k a day

it is

Boiler Room, Chronicles of Riddick (directors cut), Iron Giant are all better acting performances/movies than anything the Rock has ever done.

My 5spd 1st gen Fit really does not feel comfortable above 70 mph more because of the floatyness - idk if it’s wind resistance because the car is so light and relatively tall, or if it’s because my suspension is borked, or just because my RX-7 is my only direct comparison. My FD is loud and drone-y at all RPMs and

Dragons Lair in north austin is nerd heaven.

I’m in Texas also and I ride my bike more than I drive. My only car right now is an RX-7 FD which I use to get groceries. I have been contemplating getting a beater, but I really don’t *need* one. Bikes are solid sources of primary transportation if you live in a warm enough state. I do wish it was more common here

i want to be a truck driver now

[Incoming shitty anecdotal] my ‘94 FD is like an 8-owner car (yeah, seriously) with over 100k miles but the interior condition is actually quite good. No cracks etc, cloth seats almost seem brand new. I can understand complaints about RX-7 ownership but saying you couldn’t be paid to drive a twin turbo 13B is honestly

I’m 6'1 and just fit in my FD. Lose some weight and you’ll be fine.
