It would be interesting to know what the average trade-in is that might be associated with several of these sales. That is probably what is offsetting it. Also, the reason that Hyundai/Kia can sell these over MSRP, is that they price is still less than what you would pay for a comparative brand (Toyota, Honda, etc.)

So, is there a dip in real estate values due to this? Asking for a friend.

That article does not say that the song is about anything in MD. Not sure where you are getting that? It states that they were driving on a road in MD when they came up with the idea.

I will recommend it everytime...RE Himalayan. This guy hasn’t ridden since the 90's, which pretty much puts him nearly back in the beginner range. Tundra is 22 mpg combined (based on 2022 model). 2023 Sequoia mpg has not been released, but I can’t imagine it improves upon the Tundra mpg. I don’t know that they will sell a lot of Prius and Camry models, but they will sure as hell saddle dealerships with them in an effort to get that 40 mpg fleet standard number.

This states it is rated at 38.6 for the 1L turbo, which is 32.1 US mpg. Often use rates are higher than rated rates, though.
