The majority of people I see wearing masks now aren’t “decently” wearing them, if they are wearing one at all. They’ve got their nose out, they pull them down to talk, or they just leave them on their chin. N95s only work when worn correctly, so all of the current cloth mask wearing chin diaper people will still be wearing these incorrectly, as well. This isn’t going to make a difference.
