One year is longer than six months. Snark aside, yes, the vaccine may last longer, but we do not know that. The most recent research indicates that those vaccinated may need a booster. We do know how long immunity from natural infection lasts for most people, because the virus has been around longer than the vaccine.

Not up to 8 months...at least 8 months.  The vaccine has not been around that long, so we don’t know for sure how long it will last, but according to the most recent studies, you may have to have a booster to get that duration.

Herd immunity is a combination of natural immunity and vaccinations.

I mean, you had me until the whole Jews in Nazi Germany thing.  I agree that it is silly, though.

Dude, how many people are we talking about here? We can’t live our lives catering to a small group of people that may have a compromised immunity system but not know it. That is ridiculous.

So, in order for someone with a medical condition to enjoy their freedom to participate in social activities, others must limit their freedom to choose not to wear a mask. Got it.

Not true, my man.  Read up.  Antibodies from infection per the most recent research last longer than antibodies from the vaccine.

Why in the hell are people with medical conditions going out in crowds during a pandemic?!? C’mon, man.

Yes, the idea is that a mask protects you and others around you, so then why wouldn’t a vaccinated individual wear a mask, as well. Being vaccinated doesn’t mean you can’t pass on the virus. There are no current undisputed, peer-reviewed studies that contradict this information.

Still no mention in this guidance from the CDC for individuals who have had the virus, recovered and now have antibodies. It just doesn’t make sense not to have those folks follow the same guidance as the vaccinated. Furthermore, if the vaccinated are supposed to wear masks around those not vaccinated, aren’t children

The overall risk is low, and people can decide for themselves if it’s a risk worth taking.

I mean, watching it with my Dad, not your dad.

Same here!

Motorweek - Man, I remember watching this on TV with my Dad when I was a kid.  John Davis was the host back then, right?

The futuristic fairing and narrow squinty headlight make this bike a rare beauty in a segment full of uggos.”
