I personally don't have too much issue with The Dark World. It's forgettable and wastes Christopher Eccleston as Malekith, but I don't think it's anywhere near as egregious as AoU or IM2.

Age of Ultron just has too many asspulls and out-of-character moments for me. It's not awful objectively, but I really do think it's in a race for the coveted "Worst Movie In The MCU" title, with Iron Man 2 as its only real competition.

My biggest problem with it is that they're using some of the characters in both universes, so they've got two Flashes and two Supermans. It just seems silly to me that they're overlapping on each other instead of using the separation as an opportunity to go into less-explored parts of the DCU. At least Marvel's shows
