Uhg. Is there anything, even kid's shows, on TV where a woman isn't being sexually menaced? Is this what Adventure Time is like? I had heard such good things about it.

"It was his artistic vision and I couldn't make that movie."

And yet no one used them.

I was going to recite my old line of "Why are talented people still insisting on helping George Lucas push his over played and creatively bankrupt vision?" And then I watched the first 56 seconds of this and realized there no talent at work here. Proceed as usual.

Babies in restaurants are fine as long as when they start crying you remove them quickly. Soothing is for the sidewalk.

Yeah, great. Don't look into culture problems like how upper management feels about women, if women are being harassed, or if they are being excluded from inappropriate, yet often mandatory, extracurricular activities. Does the team leader take everyone to a titty bar after a good day? That may be a problem. Dumb

"generally embarrassed me as much as I imagine a real baby would."

I agree with total gun bans, but I think the premise here is silly. Too advanced? A Time Machine has other uses. It can be used safely for something other than destruction. A gun is just a killing machine. It has no other use. It's not too advanced, it's just unnecessarily dangerous.

Stupid analogy. Car's have a purpose other than killing someone.

Actually, the reports say no "Optical View Finder" as in there is no window directly through the camera with an HUD like the X-100. There is an Electronic View Finder, as in a small screen within an eye piece which is clearly visible in these pictures.

I believe the oldest camera I have is a 1951 Kodak Retina IIa. I've got a roll of Portra 160 in it right now.

Don't be. I just tried it and it's still really slow.

Love it, dude. Beautiful.

Impossible film is pure garbage. I've got a review up of it here: http://mark2000.com/?p=963

The square isn't bad. The generic sans serif font is what ruins it. Someone opened Adobe Illustrator, saw Myriad Pro as the default, and just started typing. Done.

Few people know this, but the Turks did just this after WWI. And it did take a dictator. Along with changes in dress and customs Kamal Ataturk switched the Turkish language from Arabic to Roman alphabet. It worked out just fine.

That's a lot of shit to write just to be a jerk to someone.

A month? Yes.

LCDs are lighter, less costly, and still break down less. My Samsung 42" is 5 years old and is still as bright as my new Apple Thunderbolt display. Plasma just doesn't seem to be worth the extra possible trouble.
