I had a lowered V6 M/T supercharged Solara with a limited slip diff. I thought that was one very fun car and I hate FWD.

Toyota (well, TRD) made a supercharger for the 1st gen. You could get one with a manual (from an MR2 turbo) as well. So a 240hp V6 5-speed manual coupe? YES, PLEASE.

Having driven both, along with a prior-gen Volvo C70, I can assure you that the 2nd-gen Solara convertible was infinitely superior.

I have a 2012 ford focus. It would be great if it didn't have some many pathetic and inexcusable problems. Bought it brand new at the end of 2011. I had to have the fuel tank replaced after 2000 miles. Two of the window buttons stopped working under 10,000 miles. The horn stopped working twice and had to be replaced.
