I’m actually unsure what to play right now. I’ve got a few things sitting in the hopper but I’m not quite in the mood for any of them. I suppose I could always open it up to the masses. My options are Detroit: WhateverHuman, Astral Chain, or Rise of the Tomb Raider.

The more I’ve been thinking of this game, the more I come to the realization that Lev is really the heart of the story. Lev is also the only reason that Abby doesn’t continue the cycle of revenge because it’s Lev’s reaction that stops Abby from killing Dina, something she is all too eager to do.

Abby kills Joel because he killed her father and dooms humanity, which is an understandable reason for her multi-year mission. Sounds like it was wishful thinking.  She should have suggested that Chris Rock’s character got the facial instead.  It probably would have gone in a homophobic direction so  she probably did make the right call anyway.

The only thing this show should be celebrated for is when it’s canceled or if it decided in midseason to jettison itself into a volcano.

Is it wrong that I can’t help but think this really has nothing to do with more exposure for African Americans but way more to get their names out in front of people again?  I mean, contestants for the Bachelor aren’t known for their ...shall we say...ability to look outside themselves.

I just finished Guacamelee 2, and by finished I mean the main story, two of the special key pieces, and then gave up on the key mission with all the bombs you have to get to perfectly. I started playing Rygar on the Switch for nostalgia sake and I’m still just as lost as ever in it but it’s fun.

Two things: First: the worst part of AC games is the modern stuff that mingles with too much Space Pope bullshit. That, and Ubisoft is really bad at writing banter between characters. All of the modern stuff in Odyssey was really cringe.
