Amen.  My targa top comes off if it’s 55+ and there’s any hint of sunlight.

Yeah, you definitely want to pat the same patch of ground 3 times before you try to stand up.  Nobody looks cool when they’re tumbling

When I got my first liter bike, my crew chief said, “Sweet!  You know these all come with a free trip to the moon, right?” It wasn’t on that S1000RR, but the next time I did that sky/ground/sky/ground flip, I was like, “Oh, this is what he meant.”

Yes, the slow motion is the worst

Having taken this particular trip more than a few times (all on the track, thankfully), I can tell you that the first one isn’t so bad, if only because it’s over before you know it. You spend the next few weeks/months of recovering telling people, “I dunno, man - it just went” and shrugging.

Love my C8 daily, but GM’s approach to customer experience & warranty repairs doesn’t line up with how good the car is.

Get back into the main game now if you’ve taken some time off since completing the story - this games punishes rust worse than anything I’ve ever played.

Has anyone said “full frontal nudity” yet?

Amen. My trackbike hauler Transit 250 had a “Superleggera” vinyls on the front doors and it generated almost as many giggles as my racing career.

    Northern Atlanta burbs:

I have the all-season Pilots on my ‘22 non-Z51; they’re pretty sticky, so the car *may* not be let down that much.

I see a lot of Altima cosplay perpetrated by Tesla drivers in my commute from the north burbs into Atlanta and back

This feels like somebody made a movie based on an unreleased Coheed & Cambria album.

Absolutely unhinged journalism, and I’m here for it.

The nonturbo 3000GT/Stealth models were always just okay.  ND

    1. E70-era BMW X5 (best in silver) may be the best-looking SUV I’ve ever seen.

haha, nothing will make you pay attention to suspension and chassis like a bike with bad bits! I look forward to being updated with your progress

Judging by the general grunginess of the bike, I’d assume that nothing on it has been taken care of - take it apart as much as you can / feel comfortable doing, and then clean & inspect everything. It could be that you don’t find any trouble spots and just spend a few hours learning about the bike, but you may find

You’re telling me that someone on Twitter both misconstrued a report AND overreacted?

First-gen (91-93) 3000GT VR4 - So much cool tech wrapped in gorgeous 90's Japanese bodywork.  I put 260K on mine, and miss it every time I see one.  A modern Camry is probably faster, but it was an amazing, amazing vehicle for me.
