How much torquing do you need to do? I have a cheap Capri 3/8 torque wrench that was tested against a certified Snap-On and was dead on.   Not bad for $38.

The wrench (which is air powered or electric) lives at the individual station and is pre-set to the specific torque required for that particular task.
