I can’t get past the fact that the display stops before the end of the vent pods.  It makes it look even more tacked on than necessary.  Why not just extend it another 3 inches?

My boss: “What’s so funny over there?”

I am a recovering ‘Skins fan and I tuned in for about 40 seconds yesterday. I was overjoyed that the stands were empty.

User name checks out.

What was the total of your charitable contributions total this year?

2018 Volvo v60.  I am tall (and goooood looking) and have room to spare in one.

Ha!

You should have written this article as you clearly have some knowledge. Or the body of this post should have been: See the video below for some interesting facts about the Japanese Zero during WWII.

I understand completely, my friend. And I agree with you. The biggest thing that ever slows me down is getting down on the creeper, sliding under the car with the wrong sized socket, sliding back out, having to stand up, get the whole socket tray, get back on the floor, onto the creeper and back under the car. Then do

That, my friend, was just a bit of artistic license.

This is the best solution, I would think. Clean what you can, get the current engine back together and drive the truck, adding oil as needed. In the meantime, source another engine, roll it into your living room and rebuild it there, where you can stay warm and dry and take your time. I would imagine a direct swap

Should have kept: 2006 Toyota Tundra base model - V6, 2WD, single cab, 6 speed manual and crank windows. It did everything I ever asked of it, got decent mileage, rode comfortably, hauled plenty and was equally at home in both the city and on job sites. It towed my boat with ease and the AC was so cold it was nearly

It makes sense if you aren’t actively trying to be obtuse. Basically what you are saying is that the entire thing is flawed because the bike lanes aren’t convenient for you.  They are, however, convenient to others.  Try, for just a moment, to consider that not every single thing needs to benefit you specifically.

Thanks. I like yours too! Mine is a repaint (was white originally) with a crate motor, Volvo leather buckets and a center console out of a Blazer, repop bumpers and even aftermarket headlights so I can actually see at night. So not quite original. I am just outside of DC and it is not a long ride. I may go, depends on

I should probably bring the El Camino.

I had the same thing happen on my 1985 Nissan 720. They are real cheap cars made with real cheap parts. I can’t remember how I covered the hole, but it’s he’d up fine for two years or so.

Starred for “dopey.”

This is a wonderful story and I am better for having read it. Thanks very much for sharing it.

It was satisfying. I didn't say a word and he didn’t either. I didn’t hang out long, but the point was made.

Cool man. You are okay with people touching your car. I’m not and it’s mine, so keep your hands to yourself.
